Shipping policy

Order processing Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. We do not process orders on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery times We ship only within the United States. Estimated delivery is 5–7 business days after your order has been processed.

Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your package.

Delays OPTIMOOD is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or circumstances beyond our control.
